Representational to Non-representation Abstract works
The members show on display at Rainbow Stew in Yucca Valley until June 16, 2021 represents another classic art form - Abstract. Art that can be coined Abstract is often exciting and strange, or softly vague and maybe a bit confusing. With Abstraction we often expect dramatic departures from day-to-day reality, yet we must remember that these departures fall on a spectrum from slight to complete. I think the Chaparral members decided to share their abstract works shared a fine sampling of this particular artistic expression.
